Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 15th, 2025

Tuition secures your weekly lesson time and is non-refundable. By enrolling, families commit to either the full August-May school year and/or the optional summer session. No refunds are issued for student absences, early withdrawal, or unused lessons.

School Year (August-May)

The academic year is divided into four quarterly terms, each billed at the start of the quarter. Invoices are issues before the first lesson of each quarter. No refunds are given after a quarter has begun. If the teacher cancels a lesson, a makeup or credit will be provided.

Summer Session (June-July)

The summer session also follows the same guidelines, with no refunds for missed lessons, late cancellations, partial attendance, or withdrawal. Students may reschedule summer lessons based on teacher availability, but makeups are not guaranteed.
